Tesla EYE Concept by I.D.E.A.

A collaboration between Tesla Motors and Istituto Europeo di Design (IED) graduate students, the EYE is a full-scale model commissioned by the U.S. electric vehicle maker to create an "everyday" 2+2 that epitomizes "style, performance and desirability while maintaining an affordable price tag." The students worked under the direction of Luca Borgogno from Pininfarina, Andrea Militello of Fiat and Franz von Holzhausen, Chief Designer of Tesla Motors.

Protoscar Lampo 2 Concept

This car is a somewhat unique piece of machinery. Other than its strange and unusual design, it uses green technologies similar to the Tesla Roadster. There are two electric motors (one for each axle, offering an AWD) and a lithium-ion battery pack combined for 408 hp and 472 lb.-ft. of torque. This is capable of moving the two-seater from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.0 seconds and a top speed of 200 km/h.

The F800's dynamic visage will spawn the latest generation of Mercedes-Benz styling, but the production versions might have to tone it down.

Jaguar XKR Special Edition

Jaguar is going to be presenting two Special Edition models of the 510hp supercharged XKR at the Geneva Auto Show this year. Although it has the same power as the standard XKR, the models will have a higher top speed (280 km/h, up from 250).

Alfa Romeo Giulietta

The new Giulietta hatchback will be the first Alfa Romeo to use the new compact platform. This car goes on sale in Europe this spring, thus replacing the aging 147. Although Fiat has said the sporty Italian brand will return to North America within the next two years, the Giulietta will not be one of those models.
